Selling Shares
The Company’s Ordinary shares can be bought and sold in the same way as any other quoted company on the London Stock Exchange via a stockbroker.
The Company operates a policy of buying its own shares for cancellation as they become available. The Company is, however, unable to buy back shares direct from Shareholders, so you will need to use a Stockbroker to sell your shares. Downing Management Services Limited is able to provide details of close periods (when the Company is prohibited from buying in shares) and details of the price at which the Company has bought in shares.
The past performance of shares in Chrysalis VCT or investment made by Chrysalis VCT is not necessarily a guide to the future performance. Chrysalis mostly invests in small unquoted companies whose shares, by their nature, are not readily tradable and may prove difficult to sell and therefore carry an above average degree of risk.
